Darkest Muncaster Illuminations Return for Halloween Week!

Lights, music, sound and special effects transforms Muncaster's famous Gardens and Castle into an enchanting mystical experience after dark, guaranteed to amaze and entertain the entire family.  Special themed seasonal evenings!  The Cafe will be open each evening for meals and light refreshments, to that all important hot chocolate with a dash of rum!   The gift shop will be open until late with a wide selection of gifts to choose from.  This is an experience not to be missed and is included in the day ticket price! (valid on day of purchase)

 Sunday 24th to Sunday 31st October 

Dusk until 9pm (last entry 8pm) Cafe and shop open until 8pm.

 November 21st and 28th

December 4th/5th, 11th/12th, 18th/19th, 26th/27th. 28th/29th

Dusk until 8pm (last entry 7pm) Cafe and shop open until 7pm.
