Knott View Self Catering Holiday Cottage

Knott View is a great house for large families and groups, anniversaries, celebrations or just to get away from it all with the spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people. The coastal village of Ravenglass is less than a mile from Knott View, and to get there you'll pass the ruins of a Roman Bath House. These are the highest free standing original Roman walls in the north of England. Muncaster Castle itself is about a mile from Knott View in the other direction (if walking) or can be reached by driving back to Ravenglass then taking the main road south. The location usually benefits from better weather than the central lakes and is within easy reach of the Western Lakeland fells and mountains. The estuary at Ravenglass is less than a mile away and the whole area is great for miles of walks direct from the door or picnics in the surrounding countryside,

Leading on from the dining room is the kitchen area which is equipped with a large range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron & ironing board and storage space.

On the first floor there is a bathroom with a separate shower and two twin bedrooms and the second floor has four further bedrooms: two twins (one of these has a low ceiling) and two doubles. The double bedrooms each have an ensuite shower room. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
