Alongside room hire, we're able to host a varying amount of team building activities, both in and outdoors either by liaising with a local co-ordinator or by providing the facilities here for your own instructor.

Bespoke days can be made to suit your needs to include team building events, outdoor adventure activities, team building exercises, conference energisers and outdoor activities events for corporate groups to school activity days. These experiences will enhance your meeting and teams potential to their fullest helping to drive your business forward.

The day can be structured to deliver a number of objectives from trust and confidence building exercises, problem solving and teambuilding exercises, team building exercises, team bonding events, company business simulation to leadership tasks and leadership challenge events.

Other team challenges and fun events, designed to build team working and problem solving exercises can include raft building, archery, abseiling, laser clay pigeon shooting, falconry, rock climbing, mountain biking, hill walks and ridge scrambling, sea kayaking, parachute team games, night journeys, gorge walking, adventure activities, mountain expeditions and canoeing expeditions, kite building and flying, al fresco cooking, shelter building, backwoods skills and bivouacs, all set in the dramatic area of the Lake District.
