W.O.T. Keystage worksheets Teachers Pack Booklet General Information Suggested £5 donation to cover printing costs

We allow one free adult for every 10 pupils. All additional accompanying teachers and adults will be charged at the same rate as the pupils.

History tours should be undertaken in the morning before 11.30am as the castle opens to the general public at 12 noon. The standard audio tour can be used from 12 noon to 4pm if the pupils enter in small groups with an accompanying adult (we recommend a ratio of 1:6).

We do not recommend taking more than one specialist tour per visit. Each tour usually lasts a minimum of one hour. A subject focused tour could be combined with pupil study using our worksheets and perhaps time spent in the education suite. Please note our pricing policy may change as our educational service develops. Relevant prices at time of booking will apply.
(NB Separate payment must be made to WOT for the Owl Tours.)
