All through August there will be fun events to keep the family entertained. 

Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th August Jonathan The Jester and members of the Salisbury Community Circus will be here to perform and offer workshops for all ages.

 There will be a weekend of open air theatre on the 10th & 11th August with the Chapter House Theatre Company performing Wind in The Willows and Twelth Night.

A living history week will transport visitors through history from the Vikings with the Midgard Living History Group (17th & 18th August) to the Normans with the Iron Shepherds ((21st & 22nd August) to the Wars of The Roses with the Red Wyvern Re-enactment Society over the Bank Holiday (24th - 26th August) and a Tudor fashion show from Julia Renaissance Costumes www.tudortalkandcatwalk.com in the Castle 1pm on Friday 23rd August. (Castle entry tickets must be purchased for this)

Over the Bank Holiday weekend the Castle will be operating on the following opening hours.
Saturday 24th - 12 - 4.30pm
Sunday 25th - 11am - 4.30pm
Monday 26th - 11am - 4.30pm

The gardens and owl centre will be open as normal.
