Ticket & Tour Terms and Conditions

Tickets are not transferable and accordingly may not be sold or passed to any third party.  If you have booked a specific time for a tour, your ticket is valid for that tour only and is not transferable.

All persons entering Muncaster must have a valid entrance ticket which must be retained during your visit.

Muncaster Castle reserves the right to transfer tickets to another date and time or offer an alternative tour in case of incidents beyond its control.

Please note that ticket purchased online or in advance are discounted until the dates specified.  For on the day rates, please visit www.muncaster.co.uk and check before your visit.  Early Bird Discounts displayed here are only available when making a booking online or in advance prior to the dates shown.

Cancellation policy

To qualify for a refund on any tour booked, it must be cancelled by calling us no less than 7 days prior to the date of your tour.  A handling charge of £5 is payable for any cancelation.  If you cancel within 7 days of the date of your tour, no refunds are available.
