Opening Times and Ticket Prices

From 1st January the Castle, Gardens and Owl Centre will be fully closed to allow for essential maintenance.

The Gardens and Owl Centre will reopen for quiet enjoyment on 1st February 2012.

The Castle will be open for the February half term (Sunday 12th - Sunday 19th February 2012). We will then revert to our winter opening (with the Castle Closed) for the remainder of February until we fully open at the end of March.

Historic Haunted Castle, 70 acres of stunning Gardens set against the back drop of the Lake District fells, and home to the World Owl Centre with over 200 of these amazing birds.
